Creatures are always looking for shelter.  Poorly maintained or neglected homes can provide that for them.  Regular inspections can prevent the intrusion of nature inside our homes.  In the age of technology it is easier than ever to keep a log of services and maintenance performed, updates made, and general notes about your house.  Taking small steps in protecting your home can really pay off down the road.

Late in the summer during a routine inspection, John opened the door to the attic and immediately knew that something was not quite right.  A racoon had taken up residency only to be overpowered by the extreme tempature.  Even the insects that tried to help in the decomposing process couldn't take the heat.  At this discovery, it is advised to contact a professional to safely remove this mess.
