I want to personally thank you for your professionalism throughout the inspection process. Thanks to your devotion to duty, it was determined that the house had unsafe levels of radon present. Your reputation is one of the biggest reasons we decided to have this test done and we both feel it is the best money we ever spent. As far as the house goes, The sellers bank, and both realtors are going to be paying for this to be fixed; said a radon mitigation system can be installed in just a day. Sounds like we are back on track!
 
Thanks again and like I told you on Saturday, I will continue to suggest your business to all my friends and co-workers. I have a friend who is jealous because I got a 120 page book for maintaining a house and a binder-ed report. He didn't get anything, just a report in a minila folder!
